The centre
is open all year from Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 6:00pm, with the exception
of statutory holidays.

Fees
are due weekly in advance. For your convenience, method of payment can be EFTPOS, Credit Card (Mastercard and Visa), Automatic
payment, Cheque or Cash. Fees are charged for a child's
absence due to illness, holiday (your child's place is being held for their return)
and for statutory holidays. |

A booking fee is due at the time of enrolment equal to one week’s tuition or $50, whichever is greater. This is allocated to centre fees when the child starts. If the child does not start at the Centre, the forward payment will be refunded minus $50.00 which will be retained as an administration fee. |

At any
time we can provide you with a summary of sessions attended and monies paid.
End of year tax return statements are available on request. |

As staff
have often had a long day, parents arriving to collect their children after
the closing time will be charged a late fee of $20.00 per 15 minutes (or
part there-of) per child. This fee will be included in your next invoice and is used to pay the overtime for the two staff. |

Jump Start
Kids receive government funding from the Ministry of Education. This will
be displayed at the end of the funding year on the Notice board at the Centre. |

and Income New Zealand have a subsidy available to some families. We have information available about this or you can contact your local WINZ office.. |
